1)  I placed an order today on your website.  How quickly will you ship my order?

All in stock items will be shipped within 24-48 hours.  If we are temporarily out of stock on an item, you will be contacted by phone or e-mail to let you know the status of your order.  You will be given an approximate lead-time for shipping at that time.

2) Can I purchase gift certificates for your site?

Yes, you can purchase gift certificates in the amounts of $25.00, $50.00, $75.00, and $100.00.

3) Do you have a guarantee policy?

At 3 Barrels Up, we promise to always treat each customer with honesty and fairness.  We want every customer to be satisfied with their internet purchase.  If you are unhappy in any way with your purchase, simply return it, in like new condition, and we will gladly credit or exchange your return.

4)  How do I return or exchange an item?

Simply fill out the Customer Return Procedure form that accompanied your original shipment.  Return your package via USP, Insured US Mail, or other insured service to:

Please allow a minimum of 7-10 business days for us to receive and process your return or exchange.  Adjustments to your credit card will be seen within two credit card statements.  We will not accept any packages that are shipped COD.  In most circumstances, our customer is responsible for shipping charges to and from our facility.  Exchanged items are shipped back to our customers, standard shipping, free of charge.  Exceptions may apply.  Contact customer service for more details.
